　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
- x8 a5 `/ q; z& P3 \. m　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
( G& e! j" K2 g; l　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
) o" V0 ^; ]* F6 M  ]& U! F　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
  Q1 H& T$ S1 `6 W7 y6 O5 J　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
4 s: x( h( q) I　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
3 Z- j9 ~/ [) i　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
' O0 q  o/ s6 K/ n( F8 k( N+ y　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
: g" w& v' J! r8 e7 e4 @; o/ C　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
0 Q+ p$ r2 x5 I( k5 l: t. f$ f$ E　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；

　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
