　　Responsibilities:
' f# c; [/ m0 M　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
9 x5 p& R7 I5 a3 Y/ g9 a$ H　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
+ ?7 f3 j& _. m' f% R8 ]" u　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
* ?$ c, Y# a/ }, c/ s　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
( e* ^+ i9 K$ a5 r9 _( ]/ o* _　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
* r) E3 y: D' s; ]+ y' n1 _# x9 O　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
/ G9 H  i) Z2 o  W* `, f3 B/ L' k　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
- s& b( z4 h2 o) ]7 N6 b　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
+ m+ |  u+ Y8 d& k  c+ s! O- f( ~　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
0 J+ J  d& z, g4 B# }" f7 Z+ h. l　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
