　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
, j* }- R5 x6 O, V2 h6 j3 N2 W　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
' w. \3 c* r* L　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
' v1 f2 ^6 Q3 Q* v9 y3 R# C/ f% x　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
% Y% q" p0 \" v0 p% W0 x4 |　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
' R" i, f% f1 p# n3 k( x2 j6 x. ^　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
, x4 q6 I) M( Q　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
' k5 m7 }% j1 w2 Z; H4 j1 L( p7 [　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
