　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
7 Q, p3 I4 y. O: O　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
8 G5 _4 [! x8 _2 {: [　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
3 q* }1 t" H4 q% a: K5 X* m　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
; x+ I1 p- y9 T! h' V) U　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
0 x8 ]7 `% c9 M: ?: k3 n6 B　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
+ h) g$ X2 V% P5 a　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
$ M1 x% Y  s2 X0 G& @　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
( h$ n1 `7 m1 U% H　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
4 Y0 M, E+ z3 ~$ X2 a; h  h! |　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
* v8 ^  n  I$ V/ `2 R/ h; C7 v　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
