　　Responsibilities:
% P+ G4 d; S! Z0 q; p1 E) T　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
7 f: T; n7 ~' X, a( k　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
3 m0 _3 {1 H7 f& A/ {* k　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
8 G+ \9 S9 e0 t　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
: y$ }8 N$ F- f, f4 S; u　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
% I. e4 }% f9 r7 x　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
" ~, D, R7 s9 H  x+ u7 }　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
; o9 B9 b. ?/ Z( ?5 j$ ^( B　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
  T# c2 V) L: T! E/ z& j, k& V$ u　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
