　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
, R6 u. `% P3 J: L) m- m　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
$ T" b2 z" ^* Z( _; ^　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
( W; k* C/ z/ L- z* t" G5 @4 S9 G　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
, q$ f, p9 G: S% N5 K6 C　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5 ]5 n3 T! f# Z6 |$ u　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
% T! v# _" N- s3 b  a/ _　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
: j( L2 Q" h' M4 |8 z! t# x4 Y　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
