　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
$ v9 U, `0 [' v7 X! y$ i/ y6 @　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
) s& z3 q7 V  Z7 [1 F7 V& N% U+ b8 m, \　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
, y3 }  K8 m# J9 n　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
3 P# ?. Q7 _& X0 f　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
5 [* G# z3 L# e' M# ?2 k, w- G* L　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
; B5 c1 _" q4 F) m　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
# }1 V0 h+ B) p　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
' l" h& K2 C' c0 ]$ }5 w; b　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
$ z4 f; D( }- _" r, _　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
$ A3 {( A: z: P- D# q8 z' t8 v　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
! V% \- d$ a3 B2 c5 H　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
) `! d* I+ i$ |+ R' u4 Y; K- x& ]　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
' }* t9 t; l- T　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
