　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
& Y; f) T3 ?+ Z9 S. x! }　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
0 l, o  T! A0 N' ]2 E　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
" R4 M# j9 ?7 ^' }' a0 N- K　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
. n% U- }) `# F' m1 o　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
) W, ?$ O" d+ d1 h8 j/ i　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
( T% J  u. W5 m. o　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
6 Q* k( d- V3 ~; f' N: Q　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
* q- Q' c* i% ~% K9 v1 _3 x　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
  A- y# [9 p$ H0 f　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

4 e/ a5 n# C" M0 K9 s! v　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
