　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
9 h2 K+ P7 ?7 Z. _　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
, c1 w: X4 E" R, V7 U% d6 C　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
' }8 x3 g4 n9 c! P, J! q7 V/ R$ \　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
7 p$ P! ?3 m- e7 o. Y- m, J+ s　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
8 C2 h/ J  i0 K  J8 h2 P0 i; ]　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
* D+ p/ ?* \; G. T7 Y7 D7 P　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
; y, Y) N+ \; a" N3 `1 ~　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
1 a4 N9 n1 G) I; }' r0 [* o　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
